Matlab: WGET下载文件
Wget诞生于1996年,安装过程参考[1],下载地址在[2],注意设置环境变量。安装非常简易,简易教程参考[4]、[5]。
MODIS
MODIS数据确认后,系统自动发送邮件至邮箱,数据将在5天后删除。邮件正文包含订单编号及示例Wget下载语句,如Fig. 1。

Wget语句,请注意三处,每次下载之时均需确认完整:第一是订单编号;第二是appKey;第三是下载地址,下载过程及appKey请参考说明,如下示例:

原始的DMSP/OLS Nightlight数据是6bit(如Stable Lights),大部分的软件都不能正常识别,这里需要先将他们转换为uint8格式数据才可以进行后面的处理。

Data: CHIRPS Global Gridded Rainfall V2.0
Introduction
Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station data (CHIRPS) is a 30+ year quasi-global rainfall dataset. Spanning 50°S-50°N (and all longitudes), starting in 1981 to near-present, CHIRPS incorporates 0.05° resolution satellite imagery with in-situ station data to create gridded rainfall time series for trend analysis and seasonal drought monitoring. As of February 12th, 2015, version 2.0 of CHIRPS is complete and available to the public, and in NetCDF, GeoTiff, Bil format. The value of -9999 is used for bad values.

The NC data file should be converted to GeoTiff format to further investigation. However, this file is so LARGE, the memory of computer must be 30GB at least. Then, this file is not recommended to download to application.

Data: GloPEM NPP
Introduction
The GloPEM (Global Production Efficiency Model) data set is available from 1981 to 2000 in ten-day periods or summed annual products. The data set is derived from the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) images at an 8km resolution from the AVHRR Pathfinder Project. The objective of GloPEM research is to provide a basis for modeling and monitoring terrestrial net primary production and gross primary production at the global scale.
